The closest airport to the DoubleTree is the Burlington International Airport. Please help us keep costs down by choosing the most economic option available.
Ground Transportation
The DoubleTree offers complimentary drop off and pick up shuttle service to the Burlington International Airport. Please follow the below instructions to utilize this service:
- For PICK UP from the airport to the hotel: Once a guest has retrieved their luggage, they can call the front desk directly for pick up.

- We are located only 2 miles from the airport and shuttles are extremely quick!
- We do not schedule airport picks ups, as flights are often left taxiing on runways, guests luggage can get lost, along with other common airport delays.
- For DROP OFF to the airport from the hotel: We encourage guests to schedule their returning shuttle to the airport upon check in.
- The shuttle typically schedules runs on the every half top and bottom of the hour, e.g. 7:00pm or 7:30pm.
Travel Reimbursement
U of I Participants
Submit an IIDS travel authorization request prior to incurring travel expenses for the meeting meeting and an IIDS travel expense claim within 15 days after the meeting.
Dartmouth, UNR, & UNM Participants
Submit a travel expense claim for reimbursement in accordance with the standard procedures at your home university.
All reimbursement requests must be completed by Friday, April 19, 2024.
