2022 Annual Meeting

The EPSCoR Track II TickBase Second Annual Meeting will take place on March 20-23, 2022 at the Coeur d'Alene Resort in Idaho. The closest airport is the Spokane International Airport. Get directions here.
As this is a working meeting, please remember to bring a laptop with you.

Travel and Lodging
Lodging and meeting meals for this event will be billed directly to IIDS. Please note that you must have a credit card on file in order to book a room, but no charges will be made to this card. If your card has been charged in error, you still need lodging for the event, or you have other travel questions, please email Lisha Abendroth at lishaa@uidaho.edu.
U of I Employees
Submit a travel authorization request prior to the meeting and a travel expense claim within 15 days after the meeting.
Non-U of I Employees
Submit a W-9 form and a travel expense claim for reimbursement.
